Do you supply materials?
When you book and tell us what needs doing we might source the parts before we turn up. Wherever possible we use local materials suppliers that deliver to us quickly on site while we get on with the job as well.
Does the tradesman have all the necessary tools to do the job?
Every one of our tradesmen have a range of tools to tackle a huge number of different jobs. We also carry lots of small parts such as screws, nails, wall plugs and more.
What is your charging policy?
We have a one hour minimum charge and charge per 30 minutes thereafter or as quoted after initial visit. Cancellations – 50% of the booked time will be chargeable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the job. Parking and congestion will be charged in addition to the labour charge. Materials are charged in addition.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept credit cards or debit cards. Our tradesmen will have a mobile payment terminal with them when they visit your home/office. For larger jobs where a deposit might be needed to source materials, we’ll ask you to do a bank transfer.
